Jocelyn has worked in Jewish nonprofits for the last six years, both as Program Director and Israel Engagement Consultant at Santa Cruz Hillel and later as the Program Director at Temple Dor Dorim in Florida. Her areas of focus include community engagement, event planning, development/fundraising and marketing.

With key interests in Jewish Education and Israel Advocacy, Jocelyn has led five Birthright Trips to Israel and successfully prevented three BDS bills from passing. Working as a Project Manager for IACT has allowed her to expand upon these focuses. Outside of work, Jocelyn spends her time volunteering, testing out new recipes in the kitchen, and training for marathons.

In her own words:  "I love that the IACT model has allowed me to continue working with students to help mold the shape of the up and coming Jewish community, while also allowing me to mentor Jewish young professionals and work collaboratively with a variety of Jewish and non-Jewish national organizations. I believe that in order for us to strengthen Jewish affiliation among the younger generations, we have to explore additional avenues of Judaism, not just on a religious spectrum, but also though programmatic and educational means. Working within the IACT pillars of Jewish Life and Learning, Israel Education and Community Service, fosters endless creativity and opportunities for me to be able to do this."
